Our Production Process
Azerbaijan Fish Farm maintains a diverse network of production facilities across multiple locations. In Masazir, Baku we operate a warehouse with dry storage and freezer facilities. In Gabala, specifically in Chukhur-Gabala village, we manage a Caspian Salmon and Trout Breeding Plant with a production capacity of 63 tons, utilizing dedicated pools and ponds. In Zagatala, within Makov village, we oversee a Trout Breeding Plant with a total production capacity of 80 tons, also featuring its own pools and ponds. Our Mingechevir location houses a cage farming facility for sturgeon and trout. In Neftchala, situated in Yenikend village, the Yenikend Sturgeon Breeding Plant specializes in breeding sturgeon and producing caviar, equipped with RAS farms containing both fresh and marine water pools. By 2026, this facility aims to produce 180 tons of fish and 10 tons of caviar annually. Each of these strategic locations underscores our commitment to sustainable aquaculture and the delivery of premium quality products.
